Vietnam Travel Notes Back Online

It’s been very quiet on Vietnam Travel Notes recently, last week my computer started playing silly buggers and eventually my hard drive died! But all is fixed and there’s plenty I want to write about!

First and foremost, last week I meet up with Epic and her fiancee in HCMC. Epic and I have exchanged a few emails via the Free Travel Advice that’s on offer here at Vietnam Travel Notes.

A Kiwi/French couple living in London, it was really nice to catch up with them and hear about their      recent travels through Vietnam. HCMC was the end of their journey to Vietnam and by all accounts they both loved it!

Epic has a great blog at epicurienne.wordpress.com/ full of really cool posts and there’s even a little interview with me (go here to read it!). I highly recommend you check it out.

Also in breaking news straight from the Noodle Soup Lady:

  • Budget airline Jetstar will commence flights from HCMC to Siem Reap from the 3rd November. Fares are being advertised from $2USD – $40USD per person in the Vietnam News Paper (plus $44USD for taxes). Head to Jetstar.com for details.
  • Had a bad hair day? Traffic driving you around the bend? Check out the images below! This happens every morning and afternoon!

More from me soon! Safe travels!

Hey Adam, I have to confess I have wanted to be in touch and e-mail and send photos from that night at the market etc but I got back to a company waiting for my HR background so they could make redundancies. I’ve been sitting in rooms with grown people crying ever since. I promise I’ll send through everything once things here calm down. Please kiss J for me and send my love to Mrs Steel.
